    OK, that was hilarious. But seriously. . . pretty much every time I teach Employment Discrimination, I get asked about the legality of “Ladies Nights” at local bars. I reply that federal civil rights law doesn’t prohibit this type of sex discrimination in public accomodations. But Mr. Horner says that some law allowed him recovery for this. Should we assume there’s a state or local law in his part of Colorado that actually does make “Ladies Nights” illegal?
