although I firmly believe in one’s right to change one’s mind, an event such as the death that formed his opinion was a result of something that needed changing. And it was! If one’s belief forbids an action then don’t do it. Making a law to force people to obey something causes more grief than it eliminates in many cases. We all know that laws are needed, but aren’t they supposed to support the greater good? FORCING someone into a less than safe choice is not my idea of the greater good! Double sigh!!!!
I don’t mean to be a pest but a 70’s book titled ” The Edict ” deals with what may have to happen if we take too long to put our heads together and solve the over population problem. In this scenario the consevatives change their tune! Since births are outlawed for 20 years to stablize the population, birth control and abortion are mandatory!

I wonder if any of the Republican presidential candidates will campaign on a “pro choice” platform.
we shall see, but I’m not holding my breath.
