I threw in some corn (cuz I didn’t have any peas and wanted comfort food) and added a side of zucchini. If you didn’t know it was vegan, it tasted exactly like alfredo sauce (or better!) Yay! My family has been vegan for over a month now and Carbonara was always my 5yo’s favourite dish (I used to make the sauce myself, the traditional way using egg yolk and parmesan).
